Resize image to KB
Make any photo, signature or scan fit an upload limit like 20 KB, 50 KB or 100 KB, at the best quality that fits.
How to resize an image to a set number of KB
1. Choose your photo, signature or document scan. 2. Set the maximum size in KB. 3. If the form asks for exact dimensions (for example 200×230 px for a photo or 140×60 px for a signature), enter them too. 4. Tap the button and download. The result is always at or under your target.
The tool finds the highest JPG quality that fits the limit. If the image still doesn't fit, it shrinks the dimensions step by step until it does, keeping the photo as sharp as possible.
Common upload limits
Government and exam forms often ask for a photo of 20–50 KB and a signature of 10–20 KB. Job portals usually allow 100–500 KB. Check the form's pixel size too.
