Title Case Converter
Convert text to Title Case for headlines and titles. Small words like “and”, “of” and “the” stay lowercase unless they come first.
Title case rules
Capitalize the first and last words and every major word: nouns, verbs, adjectives, adverbs and pronouns. Keep short articles (a, an, the), coordinating conjunctions (and, but, or) and short prepositions (in, on, at, of) lowercase unless they come first or last.
Style guides differ in the details. AP style capitalizes words of four or more letters; Chicago style lowercases all prepositions. When in doubt, follow the guide your publication uses.
